Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Growth Product Analyst with experience in B2C or DTC environments to own the product performance framework and experimentation strategy across our digital product ecosystem. This is a high-impact, embedded digital product role responsible for defining how we measure success across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition through engagement, retention, and revenue — and translating digital user behavior into clear, actionable product decisions.
As a small, fast-moving company, we need someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and operates with both strategic vision and technical depth.
What You’ll Own
-
Product Performance Framework
- Design and evolve our end-to-end digital product KPI architecture across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Establish and maintain a true single source of truth for product performance data across analytics platforms.
- Define metric logic, lifecycle definitions, and measurement guardrails that drive digital product roadmap prioritization.
-
Experimentation & Growth
- Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments across digital user journeys, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize experiments based on opportunity sizing and behavioral insight.
- Translate experiment results into clear strategic recommendations that improve product adoption, engagement, and conversion.
-
Product Analytics Implementation
- Own digital event tracking strategy, taxonomy, and instrumentation across our web and mobile applications.
- Lead implementation and optimization of tools such as Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Clarity, Optimizely, and Google Analytics.
- Ensure clean, high-fidelity product data flows across systems to support accurate experimentation and performance measurement.
-
Insight & Product Influence
- Surface actionable behavioral insights about how users interact with our digital products.
- Embed insights directly into Aha! and Jira to support product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Combine quantitative product analytics with qualitative feedback loops to create a complete picture of the user experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product analytics or growth analytics for digital products in B2C or DTC environments.
- Experience in small to mid-sized technology companies where you owned the full product analytics lifecycle.
- Experience building product KPI frameworks and lifecycle metrics from scratch, not just maintaining dashboards.
- Independently designed and analyzed experiments on digital user experiences.
- Owned event mapping, tagging plans, and product instrumentation.
- Highly proficient in SQL and building automated product performance dashboards.
- Understanding of UX and product design principles and how user behavior impacts product metrics.
- Ability to thrive in environments where you must think strategically and execute tactically.
Requirements
- This role is NOT a traditional Business Analyst role focused on requirements gathering.
- This role is NOT a centralized BI reporting role supporting multiple departments.
- This role is NOT a pure Data Analyst role focused only on dashboards.
Benefits
- Unlimited vacation policy and flexible work schedule.
- Comprehensive insurance programs including medical, dental, vision, and life.
- Access to a “wellness wallet” that reimburses for gym memberships, workout equipment, mindfulness apps, healthy food boxes, ergonomic workspace tools, and more.
- Tuition reimbursement program and opportunities for continued learning.
- 401k match and access to expert financial advice.
