AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing remote team in a career-launching opportunity designed for professionals who want to develop leadership, communication, and client management skills. This fully remote position offers structured mentorship, professional training, and the chance to build a long-term career while making a meaningful impact from home.
With access to pre-qualified client consultations and a strong support system, team members can focus on developing their skills, serving clients effectively, and building professional momentum from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with members from an established client database to understand financial protection needs
- Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefit and coverage options
- Support individuals through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication to provide updates and answer client questions
- Assist existing policyholders with coverage reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Self-motivation and attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a remote team
- Previous experience in sales or client service is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.
