- Guide cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, providing expert advice and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand value for customers, uncovering additional service offerings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor project performance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and methodology.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project, program, or engagement management, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience leading projects with C-level or executive stakeholders and managing complex customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of business processes, technology integration, and solution implementation in beverage production or distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to lead value-based discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Technical literacy to engage in high-level design and integration discussions; proficiency with tools such as Slack, Salesforce, MS Office, and professional services automation software.
- Certifications such as PMP or industry-specific designations are preferred.
- Ability to travel to customer locations up to 25% of the time.
