Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations using Zoom
  • Learn to assess each client’s unique needs and financial protection goals
  • Present tailored benefit solutions in a clear and professional manner
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development programs
