Role Description
Apply Digital is building a differentiated position in the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a sharp focus on AI, Gemini, and agent-based solutions. This role is the centerpiece of that ambition.
We are looking for a VP-level leader to own the Google Cloud partnership end to end. That means:
- Executive relationship ownership with Google
- Accountability for partnership-sourced revenue and pipeline
- Direct responsibility for enabling Apply Digital's delivery and sales teams to win with Google
This is a builder role inside a high-growth organization where the mandate is to make Google one of our most strategic and productive partnerships.
The right candidate has:
- Deep roots in the GCP ecosystem
- Credibility at the executive level inside Google's field and partner organizations
- The instincts of an operator who can translate strategy into motion quickly
Qualifications
- 10 or more years in partner management, alliances or business development
- At least 5 years working directly within the Google Cloud ecosystem
- Proven track record of building or significantly advancing a GCP partnership from the partner side
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud's partner incentive structures, Marketplace mechanics, and AI-focused GTM programs
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini and adjacent Google AI products
- Background in digital services, consulting or systems integration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Own the senior relationship with Google Cloud's partner, field, and GTM leadership
- Advance Apply Digital's partner tier standing, specializations and co-sell eligibility within the GCP ecosystem
- Represent Apply Digital at Google Next, partner summits, and key industry events
- Develop a multi-year partnership roadmap aligned to Apply Digital's vertical strategy
- Translate Google's product and go-to-market priorities into differentiated positioning for Apply Digital
- Own partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
- Lead weekly joint opportunity reviews with Google's partner sales team
- Drive utilization of Google co-invest programs
- Build and manage account mapping cadences
- Serve as the escalation point and executive sponsor on high-value joint pursuits
- Build and own the internal Google Cloud enablement program
- Develop partner-ready solution narratives and accelerators
- Partner with marketing to develop co-branded content
- Create the playbooks, processes and tooling for scalability
- Act as the internal voice of Google
