Role Description

Apply Digital is building a differentiated position in the Google Cloud ecosystem, with a sharp focus on AI, Gemini, and agent-based solutions. This role is the centerpiece of that ambition.

We are looking for a VP-level leader to own the Google Cloud partnership end to end. That means:

  • Executive relationship ownership with Google
  • Accountability for partnership-sourced revenue and pipeline
  • Direct responsibility for enabling Apply Digital's delivery and sales teams to win with Google

This is a builder role inside a high-growth organization where the mandate is to make Google one of our most strategic and productive partnerships.

The right candidate has:

  • Deep roots in the GCP ecosystem
  • Credibility at the executive level inside Google's field and partner organizations
  • The instincts of an operator who can translate strategy into motion quickly

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years in partner management, alliances or business development
  • At least 5 years working directly within the Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building or significantly advancing a GCP partnership from the partner side
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud's partner incentive structures, Marketplace mechanics, and AI-focused GTM programs
  • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini and adjacent Google AI products
  • Background in digital services, consulting or systems integration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Own the senior relationship with Google Cloud's partner, field, and GTM leadership
  • Advance Apply Digital's partner tier standing, specializations and co-sell eligibility within the GCP ecosystem
  • Represent Apply Digital at Google Next, partner summits, and key industry events
  • Develop a multi-year partnership roadmap aligned to Apply Digital's vertical strategy
  • Translate Google's product and go-to-market priorities into differentiated positioning for Apply Digital
  • Own partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue targets
  • Lead weekly joint opportunity reviews with Google's partner sales team
  • Drive utilization of Google co-invest programs
  • Build and manage account mapping cadences
  • Serve as the escalation point and executive sponsor on high-value joint pursuits
  • Build and own the internal Google Cloud enablement program
  • Develop partner-ready solution narratives and accelerators
  • Partner with marketing to develop co-branded content
  • Create the playbooks, processes and tooling for scalability
  • Act as the internal voice of Google
