Role Description
The App Dev & Support Engineer III plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This position typically involves leading a team of developers and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Service & Sales Module).
- Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications.

Project Management:
- Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Technical Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to Dynamics 365.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and technical skills.

Troubleshooting and Support:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to provide long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Proven track record in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
- Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous but not mandatory.
