Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to join our growing product team. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and our engineering teams — translating vision into executable roadmaps and ensuring every sprint delivers meaningful value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for development sprints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as a key member of the Agile team.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria that enable development teams to build the right solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product questions, decisions, and trade-offs throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate product progress, risks, and roadmap updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write well-structured user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a prioritized product backlog.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared product vision.
  • Experience using product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering software products on time, with measurable business impact.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience collaborating closely with product design teams.
  • Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) or with multiple cross-functional product teams.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, platform architecture, or technical concepts that facilitate development.
