The Lead Mobile Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and refining iOS and Android applications that combine fintech-grade UX with bank-grade security. You will lead projects end-to-end, from initial ideation to launch and iteration, while mentoring team members and setting technical standards across the mobile codebase. - Lead the design, development, and delivery of iOS and Android applications.
- Own features throughout the full lifecycle, from conception and design to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Refine mobile SDKs and cross-platform frameworks to enable smooth integrations for developers.
- Integrate secure authentication mechanisms and ensure compliance with bank-grade security standards.
- Establish and maintain high standards for performance, architecture, and code quality across mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-friendly features efficiently.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mobile engineering with proven leadership in project delivery.
- Expert knowledge of React Native or native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, etc.).
- Skilled in cross-platform development and designing mobile SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with WebAuthn, passkeys, or other secure authentication methods.
- Demonstrated experience delivering mobile applications in fintech or blockchain/on-chain platforms.
- Strong UX sensibility, detail-oriented, reliable, and an excellent communicator.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote-first teams while managing complex technical challenges.
