Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years doing case management or care coordination
- Ability to support either Mountain or Pacific time zones
- Health insurance (preferably Medicare Advantage) and/or Healthcare experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task: listening, talking, evaluating and writing notes simultaneously
- Ability to understand and meet performance metrics
- Proficient in technology and comfortable with new technologies
- Proven success in building relationships
- Great team member with a can-do attitude; self-reflective
- Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment
