- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and willingness to learn new software and tools. Prior experience with Monday.com, Notion, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Independent and team-oriented, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach to work; takes initiative to understand processes, contribute ideas, and improve systems while collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and resourceful mindset.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or administrative processes is a plus.
