The Junior Business Systems Analyst will support the full digital software development cycle by gathering requirements through interviews and document review, and documenting these using methods like BDD specifications and user stories. They will also facilitate team meetings, conduct testing activities, and collaborate within an Agile framework.

The Senior Business Analyst will lead engagement with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and challenges into scalable IT-enabled solutions across the Finance systems landscape. This role involves owning the design, testing, and rollout of system solutions, including Oracle E-Business Suite, while coordinating activities within the IT Global Quarterly Release process.
