Job Description
• Build Giga’s legal, compliance, and governance functions from the ground up
• Architect and lead the legal function overseeing corporate governance, securities compliance, and IPO readiness
• Negotiate and structure major customer contracts and complex commercial arrangements
• Advise on fundraising, M&A, and strategic initiatives
• Lead regulatory and compliance efforts across energy, environmental, manufacturing, and international operations
Job Requirements
- Experience as a senior legal leader in growth-stage companies
- Proven track record guiding organizations through the IPO process
- Ability to build durable legal infrastructure that supports ambitious execution.
