• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Manufacturing Engineering function • Drive operations and new product/process development activities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated production equipment and manufacturing systems • Provide technical expertise in mechanical design, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLC programming, and machine vision technologies • Collaborate with suppliers, equipment manufacturers, and internal engineering resources • Drive system changes (GWIs, GSOP forms) and business systems (Line Balance, work content tools) • Lead development of validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) • Develop programs for training operations and engineering (Knowledge Sharing) • Innovate and lead process improvement activities • Leadership of regional cross functional high visibility projects
