Role Description
National Debt Relief is seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager of Marketing Analytics to help lead analytics and measurement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will manage digital marketing measurements (Programmatic, SEO, Meta, etc.), drive analytically proven efficiencies in spend, and deliver actionable insights. This role will play a key role in optimizing channel efficiency and driving growth and ROI through data analysis in collaboration with the internal marketing teams and external partners. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives at the intersection of analysis, strategy, and execution to drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other quantitative discipline preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Familiarity and experience with MMM methodologies, MTA models, and incrementality testing.
- Working understanding of marketing forecasting methodologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in SQL, analytics platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Sigma.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to construct complex models and forecasts.
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for presenting complex data insights to executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services experience preferred.
