Position Summary

Manages  a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue, customer retention, membership and/or profit earnings growth by providing strategic and technical support throughout the sales support process. Partners with sales and account management teams to consult with prospective and existing customers on effective  wellness solutions. Applies expertise in population health to design and support programs that reduce health risks, manage healthcare costs, and improve workforce productivity.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and advance wellness initiatives aligned with organizational and client objectives.   
  • Monitor industry trends, assess business impact and recommend program enhancements using process improvement methodologies. 
  • Collaborate with account teams to establish and maintain proactive relationships with assigned plan sponsors and brokers.
  • Analyze available data to identify customers who would benefit most from the company's wellness programs.
  • Evaluate wellness programs outcomes related to the reduction of health risks, health care costs, and employee absenteeism due to illness, disability, or existing diseases.
  • Delivers internal and external training focused on wellness programs by preparing and presenting materials related to population health management.


Required Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in the population health industry
  • Strong knowledge of Population Health and Wellbeing Industry. Able to speak comfortably about common chronic conditions.
  • Proven execution and delivery skills including:  planning, implementation, and reporting.  
  • Experience using business intelligence to form program strategy and decision.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
