Job Description
Role Description
The Client Systems Team is responsible for providing clients with timely status updates regarding foreclosure milestone completion across the various client systems. The team also updates and completes the applicable sub-processes launched within the client system, particularly those related to contested issues or changes in file status. In addition, Client Systems facilitates and escalates any issues on a file to the appropriate internal department or client contact to ensure proper handling and resolution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed legal and client-specific instructions.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a foreclosure or bankruptcy law firm, mortgage servicing, or legal support role preferred.
- Experience with legal case management or loan servicing systems preferred.
