Role Description

We're looking for an organized and client-focused Destination Planning Coordinator to guide clients through a seamless, stress-free travel planning experience. In this fully remote role, you'll help clients research options, coordinate logistics, and manage all the details that make a trip exceptional. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and delivering high-quality service in a structured, supportive environment.

  • Communicate with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and travel goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, and activities tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details efficiently
  • Provide timely updates and answer client questions throughout the planning process
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency using established systems and workflows
  • Ensure each client experiences a smooth, well-organized planning journey

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Customer service, planning, or coordination experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently while using provided tools and resources
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
  • Must be a citizen of the US, Mexico, Australia, Spain, UK, or LATAM
