Job Description

• Owning content priorities and editorial direction for Wpromote, in close partnership with Agency Marketing and the Strategy team, ensuring enterprise positioning and strategic narratives are translated into clear, differentiated, high-impact content programs • Leading end-to-end execution of content initiatives, from scope and timelines to distribution and ongoing optimization • Setting the editorial bar for Wpromote, defining what “great” looks like and making final calls on tone, POV, and narrative direction across channels • Prioritizing and making tradeoffs across initiatives to ensure focus, quality, and alignment within a lean team and limited production capacity • Building and leveraging AI-supported content workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability, while maintaining strong human editorial judgment and quality control • Producing content creation across multiple formats and channels, including blogs, newsletters, social content, webinars, case studies, press releases, media statements, award submissions, and longer-form assets, while owning writing and editorial quality through drafting, editing, and final review • Developing content with a clear, differentiated point of view, using thoughtful provocation to build Wpromote’s brand voice and advance meaningful perspectives rather than adding noise • Managing the agency blog as an ongoing program, including editorial planning, publishing cadence, and updates • Managing content optimization efforts, including SEO-informed updates and improvements, in partnership with internal teams • Driving performance measurement for key content programs and using insights to inform planning and optimization decisions • Collaborating with Brand, Design, Website, Demand Generation, and Event teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts • Managing event content development (presentation decks) and post-event content creation (ex: event recaps, formal video recording, interviews, etc) • Staying ahead of content and marketing trends with a natural curiosity for new ideas, formats, and approaches, and thoughtfully applying what’s relevant to our work
