Role Description
The Creator Agency team is looking to hire one intern to aid in sourcing creators within our agency partner rosters. This full-time contract will be responsible for supporting the Creator Agency Partnerships team who is focused on bringing LTK opportunities to net new and existing creators. The role will include:
- Identifying and sourcing high profile creators across all social platforms.
- Working with the team to identify areas of opportunity.
- Using internal and external platforms and databases to create, maintain, and edit creator lists.
- Supporting the team with special projects, casting, virtual events, and content creation.
The candidate will be introduced to LTK and receive training on all sourcing tools and platforms.

- Strong understanding of the creator world.
- Sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing.
- Ability to inject subjectivity into thought processes and recognize personal biases.
- Preferred self-starter with a drive to bring in quick, fast, and minimal edit work.
- Passion for creators.
- Eager to learn and curious.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
- Strong sense of responsibility to LTK, the creators, and peers.
- Firm knowledge of social media channels.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and trends.
- Ability to follow through and ask appropriate questions to close the loop.
- Desire to help teammates and learn alongside fantastic people.

- Willingness to work 40 hours per week (remote).
- Bachelor's Degree completed with a GPA above 3.0 (undergraduate).
- Preferred background in Communication & Media, Marketing, Liberal Arts, or Business.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite products (Sheets, Docs, Presentations).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creators.
