Role Description
Granicus is hiring a Compensation Analyst for our international Human Resources team. This critical position is responsible for overseeing, planning, developing, and delivering Granicus’ compensation practices, policies, and processes. Additionally, this role needs to ensure our approach to compensation is both competitive and innovative, and in alignment with the legal frameworks and regulatory guidance for the various countries and business verticals that we operate in. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, this position will suit a compensation and total rewards professional who is looking to be an individual contributor that will need to draw upon knowledge gained across multiple compensation and employee reward facets. It would also prove extremely valuable if you have knowledge of international compensation practices and regulatory frameworks. We are looking for someone who can take ownership and help shape our total rewards practices as Granicus continues to grow and evolve.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
- Manage all compensation benchmarking and market analyses across the company.
- Participate in third-party compensation surveys, maintain job matches, and prepare market analysis for base pay programs.
- Carry out annual benchmarking exercises and centralized wage changes where these exist in specific territories.
- Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Support the implementation of, and ongoing maintenance, of company’s global job architecture.
- Create and maintain compensation program documentation such as plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, trainings, and processes.
- Work with both HRBPs and managers to create and deliver compensation education/training.
- Manage supplier relationships; ensuring they provide value to both the company and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding compensation practices.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc position or incumbent compensation analysis, compensation reports, program metrics, and regulatory reports.
- Support international assignments including taxation and salary localization practices.
- Produce annual reporting cycles – spanning both governmental, board and HR reporting calendars.
- Carry-out acquisition ‘harmonization’ analyses as part of acquisition activities.
- Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure the total compensation packages offered across the company are relevant and competitive.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy between the various HR systems.
- Periodic reviews of compensation data suppliers to ensure Granicus continues to use relevant and robust data to inform compensation decisions in all our geographies.
