Job Description

• Define and own the company’s end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Testlio’s long-term business objectives. • Lead a customer-centric product organization focused on outcomes, ensuring products deliver clear value to enterprise customers and support revenue growth, retention, and expansion. • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery and validation through delivery, iteration, and sunset. • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Services leadership to align roadmap priorities with market demand and commercial impact. • Lead and scale the Engineering organization, setting high standards for technical excellence, architecture, and quality. • Drive the selection and implementation of core technologies and development methodologies (e.g., AI, Agile, DevOps). • Ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-performance product platforms and infrastructure. • Define and execute Testlio’s AI and data strategy, including the evolution of LeoAI Engine™ and other proprietary intelligence capabilities. • Ensure AI is applied responsibly and pragmatically to improve tester productivity, customer insights, and platform differentiation. • Translate data and AI investments into defensible intellectual property and measurable business value. • Recruit, mentor, and develop a world-class team of product managers, engineers, and IT professionals. • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall corporate strategy and decision-making. • Drive operational excellence and seamless collaboration across all three functions to maximize speed and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology and product roles demonstrating successful leadership across Product and Engineering. Preferred: Specific experience in Tech-Enabled Services where technology serves as the backbone for human delivery.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
  • Service-to-Product Vision: Excited by the challenge of an environment where the product is currently a support function, with the strategic ambition and roadmap to elevate technology into a profitable revenue stream
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in modern software development, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable system architecture.
  • Legacy-to-Modern Bridge: Skilled at navigating the complexities of existing legacy systems and honoring the "how we got here," while relentlessly driving the architecture toward a scalable, product-first future.
  • Operational Empathy: Ability to understand human-led service workflows and identify where technology can serve as a force multiplier, rather than just "replacing" people.
  • Team Growth & Mentorship: Deep commitment to elevating existing talent; experience mentoring senior engineers and product leaders to help them reach their next level of career growth.
  • Financial & Operational Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience managing large departmental budgets and leading organizational transformation.
