- Prepare materials for broker meetings, market visits, and leadership reviews, including briefing documents, talking points, and follow-up summaries.
- Attend broker meetings, industry conferences, and events alongside senior Distribution leaders.
- Support documentation and follow-through on key broker engagements, with increasing ownership as your market knowledge develops.
-
Strategic & Ad Hoc Support:
- Contribute to strategic initiatives tied to Distribution growth, including market segmentation, broker tiering, and opportunity sizing.
- Support planning for Distribution-hosted events and client engagements, including attendee tracking, materials preparation, and ROI analysis.
- Maintain and enhance Distribution tools, dashboards, and templates to improve team efficiency and reporting quality.
You will be expected to grow into a client-facing Distribution role, taking on direct broker engagement and expanded project ownership within 12–18 months.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related analytical role; direct exposure to distribution, underwriting, or broking is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort preparing and presenting materials for senior audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growing environment where roles evolve quickly and resourcefulness is valued.
