The Inclusive Business Programs (IBP) Internship is an incredible opportunity to put your skills to the test and apply your analytical and theoretical knowledge in a real-life business environment.
As the Inclusive Business Programs Intern, you'll have the unique opportunity to partner with business experts and support a dynamic team across the Enterprise. You’ll gain a broad range of experience in the many elements that contribute to the daily operations of a multi-faceted enterprise and develop critical business competencies through various tasks. During this internship, you may assist with the following duties:
- Business Resource Groups (BRG) support including supporting the development, capture, and organization of BRG impact opportunities, and providing support to BRG Program Manager for programming workflows, visual summaries, and event logistics.
- Provide analytics and metrics support by developing and maintaining structured trackers for inclusion initiatives, BRG activities, and key milestones.
- Build Excel-based reports that summarize inclusion metrics and trends.
- Support the creation of a flexible, scalable business intelligence dashboard to track metrics and results-based inclusion work.
- Research inclusion-related AI tools, benchmark data, and emerging trends.
- Create accurate, well-structured PowerPoint visuals used to share inclusion initiatives and team activities with enterprise stakeholders.
- Maintain version control and organization of shared files, templates, and metric repositories.
- Support tracking of business area partnership follow-ups, weekly team updates, and deliverables.
- Help with various ad-hoc business management projects as needed.
- Participate in process improvements and optimize business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering, data cleansing, and basic formula development.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for building clear, accurate visual summaries and slides.
- Ability to build basic visualizations, with experience in tools like Power BI preferred, or willingness and ability to learn quickly (for dashboards and metrics visualization).
- Understanding of basic metrics, data collection methods, and reporting practices.

- Facilities to work remotely, including private or semi-private workspace.
- Access to high-speed internet.
- Technology will be provided.
- Education Level: 3rd or 4th year college.
- Degree Target: Human Resources, Psychology, Business.
- Program Dates: June 1st to Aug 7th (You must be able to work the full 10 weeks).

- Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
- Salary Ranges: $20.00 - $28.50.
