Role Description
Our client is a digital marketing agency partnering with clients across diverse industries. We’re seeking a Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and business analysis. In this role, you’ll own the full data lifecycle, from building and maintaining pipelines to delivering insights that drive smarter decisions for both internal teams and clients.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows for recurring and ad-hoc reporting
- Clean, transform, and model data from multiple sources (CRMs, ad platforms, internal tools) into reliable, analysis-ready datasets
- Develop dashboards and reports that highlight performance trends, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Partner with operations and client-facing teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely insights
- Document processes, schemas, and logic to ensure reproducibility and transparency across the team
Qualifications

- Familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (Looker, Metabase, Google Data Studio, or similar)
- Solid understanding of software fundamentals: Git/GitHub, documentation practices, and clean coding habits
Requirements
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS S3, EC2, or similar)
- Knowledge of marketing/advertising data (lead scoring, funnel metrics, campaign performance)
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows or agentic data tools
- Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices
Benefits

- US hours
- Salary $1500-$1800
