- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Experience creating and managing user stories in Azure DevOps
- Experience working with Agile teams and developers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Background working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Certifications such as CBAP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master are a plus
