Job Description
Role Description
Ntiva is looking for a dynamic People Services Specialist (Recruiter) to help us find and attract top talent. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and thrives on connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Collaborative and solutions-oriented, you’ll play a key role in shaping our growing workforce.
As the People Services Specialist, you’ll own the full recruiting process — from sourcing and attracting candidates to guiding them through interviews and offers — while partnering with hiring managers at every step to secure the best hires for every role.
This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).
What you will be doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals for various departments within the organization.
- Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and People Team, fostering seamless inter-departmental communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring needs through collaborative discussions, defining ideal candidate profiles, establishing competitive salary parameters, and identifying essential vs. desirable skills to ensure successful recruitment.
- Analyze recruitment data and trends, providing valuable insights to hiring managers and other team members.
- Utilize a multi-pronged sourcing approach to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Proactively cultivate a robust pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Own the interview process, responsible for screening resumes, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interview schedules, and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
- Guide top talent through a seamless offer process.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
- Work collaboratively with the People Team, Managers and IT to ensure new hires feel welcome, informed, and excited to begin their journey at our company.
- Establish a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and talent acquisition trends.
- Assist with onboarding processes and other People related projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a mid-sized, corporate environment.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., infrastructure, cloud, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity).
- Tech-forward mindset with strong digital fluency and the ability to effectively leverage AI tools.
- Proven experience leveraging HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, resume databases, etc.).
- Ability to manage competing requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and a process-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally.
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
Bonus points for
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Prior experience recruiting within an MSP environment.
- Hands-on experience with UKG (HRIS) and Monday.com (ATS/workflow management).
- Experience supporting high-volume technical recruiting environments (150+ requisitions annually).
- Experience recruiting across multiple states with knowledge of varying state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Certified Recruiting Professional (CRP) or similar industry certification.
Benefits
- Medical, Dental and Vision coverage for employee and family.
- 401k + company matched contributions.
