Job Description
Role Description
We're looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. If you're a sharp storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and market strategy in a fast-paced B2B security environment, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior PMM, you'll own the go-to-market strategy for Oligo's product lines, translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives, and equip our sales and marketing teams to win in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
- Product Launches & Campaigns: Own end-to-end GTM for new product launches and feature rollouts: from messaging and positioning to launch plans, sales enablement, and integrated campaigns.
- Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape, conduct win/loss and customer research, and translate findings into positioning and product roadmap recommendations.
- GTM Enablement: Train sales and GTM teams on new capabilities and competitive dynamics, and build the tools (battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, ROI calculators, etc.) they need to win.
- Content Development: Create product-driven content across blogs, tours, and video to drive awareness and adoption, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record launching software products and driving feature adoption
- Strong understanding of the enterprise software buyer journey and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills — you can make technical products feel urgent and human
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable recommendations
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Requirements
- Pipeline influence from product content
- Activation rate of new features and capabilities among existing customers
- Competitive win rate
Benefits
- Work on a genuinely differentiated product: runtime security is a hard problem, and Oligo is solving it in a way no one else is
- Highly collaborative team environment with direct access to product, sales, and leadership
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Remote-first
