Ищем HR-менеджера, который поможет системно работать с командой: от подбора сотрудников до развития и поддержания командной культуры.

Подбор и адаптация сотрудников:
- размещение вакансий;
- первичный отбор откликов по понятному портрету соискателя;
- проведение первичных собеседований;
- помощь в организации обучения и адаптации новых сотрудников;
- Поддерживать хорошую атмосферу в команде и организовывать мероприятия для повышения вовлеченности сотрудников;

Участвовать в развитии команды:
- организовывать обучение;
- способствовать профессиональному росту сотрудников;
- исследовать их личностные качества;
- Предлагать идеи, как сделать жизнь удалённой команды комфортнее и интереснее.
Qualifications
- Опыт работы в HR или рекрутменте;
- Опыт подбора сотрудников;
- Хорошие коммуникативные и организационные навыки;
- Умение работать самостоятельно и доводить задачи до результата.
