Role Description

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and client-facing Paid Ads Manager. This isn't just a "task-runner" position; we need a strategist with 5+ years of experience who can manage a healthy ad spend and scale performance. You will initially manage 2-3 key accounts, transitioning from high-level oversight to deep, daily optimization (targeting ~2 hours of focus per client, per day).

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Build, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Scaling Growth: Move beyond maintenance to actively scale spend and ROI for existing and new clients.
• Client Management: Act as the face of paid media. You will join client meetings (once onboarded) to present results, take feedback, and advise on strategy.
• Platform Innovation: Use your curiosity to explore and test emerging channels like Reddit (e.g., for beekeeping niches) or Pinterest.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed reports that account for seasonality and business goals, utilizing AI tools where possible to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in Paid Media/Performance Marketing.
• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenClaw) or cold outreach is a significant plus.
• Exceptional English communication skills. You must be comfortable explaining "the why" behind the data to clients.
• You are nimble, detail-oriented, and possess a "proactive drive." You don’t wait for instructions; you find opportunities to improve.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining responsive during US Central business hours.
