Role Description

The Staff Revenue Manager will play a critical role in optimizing revenue performance across short-term and mid-length rental portfolios. This hands-on role involves developing and implementing revenue management strategies, frameworks, and processes that drive measurable financial gains for clients. You will partner closely with operators and internal teams, providing data-driven insights, pricing recommendations, and market context to improve performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, takes ownership of complex projects, and brings both analytical rigor and strategic thinking to every decision.   • Develop, maintain, and refine revenue management strategies tailored to assigned rental portfolios, ensuring alignment with market trends and operator objectives.
  • Generate weekly pacing reports and monthly strategy recommendations with actionable insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide training, benchmarking, and context to operators to help them understand and act on their data effectively.
  • Document, standardize, and improve revenue management processes, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Share practitioner insights to inform product development and revenue management education initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure revenue strategies are executed effectively and at scale.

  • Proven experience managing revenue for short-term or vacation rental portfolios.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly and persuasively.
