Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Division Order analysis, ownership maintenance, and revenue distribution.

  • Analyze and interpret title opinions, deeds, leases, and contracts to determine ownership.
  • Maintain and update Division of Interest (DOI) decks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure proper revenue distribution and interest setup.
  • Research and resolve title discrepancies, suspense issues, and ownership changes.
  • Provide clear communication with interest owners and internal departments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of title interpretation, DOI setup, and mineral ownership.
  • Proficiency with land management or revenue systems (e.g., Enertia, P2, Quorum).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
