Role Description
AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to support the veteran community through virtual benefit consultations. This role provides an excellent transition into civilian life, offering a structured, mission-driven career path with flexibility, purpose, and long-term growth potential. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and a proven system designed to help veterans and service-oriented professionals succeed in a fully remote environment.
- Conduct virtual consultations with pre-scheduled clients across the United States
- Educate individuals and families on supplemental benefit options so they can make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate digital client records and provide timely follow-up communication
- Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Participate in weekly training sessions and leadership development programs
Qualifications
- Experience in leadership, client service, advising, or team environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, mission-oriented mindset
- Comfort using virtual platforms and digital tools
