Role Description
The Variance and Data Administrator is responsible for variance review and resolution.
- Review Bswift, variance audit log, variance report, and carrier billing to identify the cause.
- Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
- Update variance audit log, variance report, and internal spreadsheets.
- Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
- Additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
- High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Problem-solving skills to determine root cause.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bswift or similar benefits admin software experience.
- Insurance experience including knowledge of carrier policies, procedures, and billing rules.
- Strong people skills; ability to work easily with diverse people and groups.
