Structured training, mentorship, and scheduled client consultations are provided so you can build a meaningful career while working from anywhere in the United States.
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
- Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
- Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up support
- Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
- Passion for service-focused work and helping others
- Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
