Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring motivated professionals to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as individuals seeking a people-focused career with strong long-term growth potential.

Structured training, mentorship, and scheduled client consultations are provided so you can build a meaningful career while working from anywhere in the United States.

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up support
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for service-focused work and helping others
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have reliable internet access along with a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam capability.
