In this role, you will design, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will focus on building scalable, high-quality Marketo programs while ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and consistent execution across the marketing funnel.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Revenue Operations, you will translate strategy into automated campaigns that enhance the customer journey. - Build, manage, and optimize complex Marketo programs, including email nurtures, engagement programs, and triggered campaigns
- Translate campaign requirements into scalable Marketo assets such as programs, smart campaigns, tokens, and templates
- Ensure adherence to naming conventions, folder structure, and governance best practices
- Support full-funnel lifecycle marketing, from lead acquisition to customer expansion
- Maintain Marketo data hygiene, segmentation, and database health
- Partner with Salesforce administrators to ensure accurate reporting and clean data syncs
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Document processes and serve as a subject matter expert for marketing automation best practices
- Support global demand generation and lifecycle email initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including smart campaigns, engagement programs, tokens, and dynamic content
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and SaaS/B2B technology environments
- Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce and supporting clean lead flow
- Marketo Certification (Associate or Expert) required
- Familiarity with ABM tools, intent data platforms, or global marketing programs is preferred
- High attention to detail with operational rigor to ensure scalable and error-free campaign execution
- Ability to document and maintain repeatable automation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
