Role Description
- Разработка и запуск промо-акций, бонусных механик и специальных предложений для Казино и Спорт продуктов
- Планирование календаря промо-активностей и сезонных кампаний
- Создание и оптимизация бонусных предложений (депозитные бонусы, фриспины, фрибеты, кешбэк, турниры)
- Анализ эффективности акций (GGR, NGR, ROI, Bonus Ratio, Retention)
- Работа с сегментацией игроков (VIP / new / retained / reactivation)
- Подготовка технических заданий для CRM, маркетинга, дизайна и разработки
- Контроль корректности запуска промо-кампаний и бонусных механик
- Мониторинг KPI акций и оперативная оптимизация механик
- Анализ поведения игроков в рамках промо-акций
- Подготовка отчетности по результатам акций и рекомендаций по улучшению
- Взаимодействие с CRM, маркетингом, продуктом, аналитикой и риском
- Контроль бонусной нагрузки и влияния акций на маржинальность продукта
Qualifications
- Опыт работы в iGaming / Gambling / Betting
- Опыт разработки и запуска промо-акций и бонусных кампаний
- Понимание бонусных механик (free spins, freebet, cashback, deposit bonus, tournaments)
- Понимание ключевых метрик iGaming: GGR, NGR, RTP, LTV, ARPU, Retention
- Опыт анализа эффективности акций и маркетинговых кампаний
- Понимание экономики бонусов и влияния на маржу
- Опыт работы с CRM и сегментацией игроков
- Аналитическое мышление и способность делать выводы на основе данных
- Опыт кросс-функционального взаимодействия с командами
