Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
- One to three years of HR experience
- Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
- Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
- HRCI / SHRM certification
