Job Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the software/tech industry, with specific expertise in Customer Success and Engineering roles and 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Deep understanding of Customer Success or Go-to-Market (GTM) roles combined with experience recruiting for software engineering skillsets.
- Proven ability to map talent strategies to business goals and influence senior executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Gem CRM/ Lever ATS preferred) and sourcing tools like Gem CRM AI Sourcing, Linkedin etc.
- Strong ability to use analytics and data to drive hiring decisions and optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire.
