Role Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload. This position is structured with a 6 billable hour per day expectation, intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making—without excessive productivity pressure.

Our Clinical Model

Our clinical model prioritizes ethical care, meaningful outcomes, and clinician well-being. Productivity expectations are intentionally designed to reduce burnout and support quality care, allowing BCBAs to focus on effective treatment, supervision, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA treatment programs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure documentation meets ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
  • Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing ABA intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and clinical problem-solving skills
