  • Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for compliance, pricing, and technical alignment
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and post-bid clarifications as needed
  • Maintain and update unit cost databases, labor productivity factors, and vendor pricing information
  • Support project handoff by providing precise scope documentation to project management teams for awarded work
  • Conduct ongoing security awareness training, identify potential security risks, and contribute to remediation efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom, wireless, or technology infrastructure estimating roles
  • Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wireless network design, IT infrastructure, and building management systems (Client/EPMS)

  • Hands-on experience with estimating and design tools such as Bluebeam, Accubid, PlanSwift, and Excel
  • Technical certifications such as RCDD, PMP, or BICSI are highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with cost modeling, value engineering, and pre-sales engineering or design/build contracting
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for site surveys
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation aligned with technical experience and expertise
  • Fully remote or hybrid work flexibility (dependent on project requirements)
  • Opportunities for professional growth and exposure to high-profile technology infrastructure projects
