Role Description
We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to work with our F100 clients.
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
- Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
- Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
- Experience working on leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, property management and LL/T disputes
- Experience within the following industries would be ideal: Retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy
- Experience with retail real estate and commercial is preferred
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside

- The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year
- Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs
