• Define and execute the enterprise governance, risk and compliance program for Sellers Dorsey • Coordinate the organization’s risk strategy and compliance programs (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) • Manage third-party security risk management to ensure proactive protection of systems and data • Ensure clear and persistent communication with all business units (e.g. legal, privacy teams) • Lead Associate Director and foster a culture of security awareness • Serve as a key partner to the CTO, VP of Technology and Security, executive team, and product leaders • Report to the VP of Enterprise Technology and Information Security
