Job Description

• Build production management and prescriptive analytics systems to help operators execute and scale • Develop and share insights that drive impact within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams • Define the data language (i.e., KPIs, dashboards, measurement, etc.) to ensure your team grasps the underlying truth that drives progress and success • Facilitate rapid decision making through ad hoc work or by democratizing data/self-service (effective BI and user-friendly explores in Looker) • Utilize your data super powers to reduce ambiguity and solve problems

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in data analytics or data science, ideally in a B2B operations setting
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, operations research or a BA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc) with statistics skills
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Strong Python skills
  • Previous experience using data to drive impact in a manufacturing or physical production environment
  • Familiarity with operations research and supply chain management concepts
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating results in a way that drives change.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and statistical skills
