This role is responsible for the day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, including managing builds, upgrades, and system enhancements based on analyzed business/clinical needs. Responsibilities also include developing payer data reconciliation processes and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal data quality.

The specialist implements and optimizes Oracle maintenance and support modules for EVO, AMP, and DYN assets to drive asset reliability and operational excellence. This involves building out Oracle modules, collaborating with SMEs, enforcing quality control, and delivering hands-on training to field teams.
