Job Description

• Coordinate pilot and early-stage projects from concept through production launch • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational workflows • Support solution setup, testing, and validation activities • Analyze project data and workflows to support implementation decisions • Coordinate communication across Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams • Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and status reports • Track risks or blockers and escalate issues when needed • Support quality checks and operational reviews • Document processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities**

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or data analysis
  • Curiosity about technology, AI, and emerging solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Nice to Have:
  • Background or experience in healthcare, medical, or health-related environments
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects
  • Experience supporting client-facing projects or consulting engagements
  • Familiarity with project management tools
