Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, communications, or administrative roles
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Canva
- Comfortable making website edits (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable receiving direction and implementing feedback quickly
Requirements
- Location: Remote
- Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Hours: Approx. 10–15 hours per week (including ~5 hours dedicated to social media)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing department with administrative tasks and special projects, including but not limited to:

Website Updates
- Make routine updates to existing website content (text edits, image swaps, page updates)
- Ensure formatting consistency and quality control
- Coordinate revisions as directed by the marketing team

Social Media Support (Approx. 5 Hours/Week)
- Draft social media captions aligned with brand voice
- Schedule posts across platforms
- Monitor and respond to engagement (comments, DMs) as directed

Organization & Asset Management
- Upload and organize photos
- Upload, organize, and tag assets in Tagbox
- Restructure and clean up Canva folders
- Finalize and organize document folders
- Maintain brand asset consistency

Email & Reputation Management
- Update email template content as needed
- Respond to Google Business reviews (using approved messaging guidelines)

General Marketing Support
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Perform additional administrative marketing tasks as needed
