Role Description
We're looking for a Video Editor who understands direct-response marketing and wants to get better at it. Not just someone who makes videos look pretty, but someone who understands how ads actually convert.
Your focus will be turning concepts into high-performing Meta ads. That includes:
- Editing direct-response video ads for Meta
- Iterating on winning creatives with new hooks and angles
- Testing variations of pacing, structure, and messaging
- Using AI tools to speed up production workflows
- Studying competitor ads and creative trends
- Collaborating with strategists to improve concepts over time
The goal is simple: Ship ads. Learn fast. Improve constantly.
Qualifications
- You understand direct-response ads
- You move fast without sacrificing clarity
- You take feedback without ego
- You're curious about hooks, pacing, and structure
- You want to grow into a stronger creative thinker
- Bonus if you're already using AI tools in your workflow
Requirements
- This is not a passive editing role.
- You’ll need to iterate fast.
- Handle feedback well.
- Work across multiple brands.
- Improve with every edit.
