Role Description
AWS Training and Development Specialist demonstrates expertise in the delivery of injury prevention and/or occupational clinical service lines. Responsibilities include:
- Refining and delivering AWS training programs and staff development.
- Assisting with new program/new client rollout.
- Travel required for staff onboarding.
- Providing fill-in work during gaps in coverage.
- Participating in special internal committees as a member or leader.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Experience Required:
- 4 years’ experience in the industrial setting or 7 years’ experience in a professional setting.
- Preferred: > 2 years’ experience in training and development.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- The ability to independently assess new site needs and direct the setup.
- Ability to document professionally and create client-facing communication.
- Ability to communicate with site leadership verbally, including in large group meetings.
- Ability to travel to client locations.

- Certified/Licensed AT, PTA, or RN.
