• Own, prioritize, and maintain the team's product backlog in alignment with the strategic product roadmap and company objectives. • Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints, set clear and ambitious sprint goals, and participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Serve as the "voice of the product," championing the product vision and goals within the Scrum team. • Ensure the team understands the "why" behind the work they are doing, fostering a sense of purpose and ownership.
