- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field required.
- 5 years of experience in data architecture, database design, or healthcare IT required.
- Proficiency in database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, cloud platforms).
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL tools, and data integration platforms.
- Programming skills (Python, Java, Scala) and experience with big data technologies.
