• Perform short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting and burn management • Clean up financials and improve monthly close discipline • Work directly with the company CPA to ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and timely • Establish and maintain EBITDA and management-adjusted EBITDA reporting • Prepare and present Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial reports to leadership (CEO and COO) • Support DCAA audit readiness • Evaluate and advise on DCAA-compliant timekeeping systems • Support strategic planning initiatives and KPI dashboard development • Translate financial data into clear, actionable guidance for leadership
